At Nooraï, we want every abaya or piece from the collection to suit you perfectly. If an item does not satisfy you (size, fit or colour), you may request a return or exchange under the conditions described below.
Delivery options
Shipping inside the UAE
- Same-Day Delivery (Dubai): order before 12:00 PM, Sunday–Thursday — free
- Free Standard Delivery: 3–4 days, available for all orders
- Express Delivery: 1–2 days, available for AED 30
Shipping to the GCC
- Saudi Arabia: 4-6 days, available for SAR 50
- Kuwait: 4-6 days, available for KWD 4
- Bahrain: 4-6 days, available for BHD 5
- Qatar: 4-6 days, available for QAR 50
- Oman: 4-6 days, available for OMR 5
International Shipping
5-7 days, available for USD 14
Return and refund
We understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned. That's why we offer a 14-day return window. So, if for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, we encourage you to take advantage of our easy return process.

You have 14 days from receipt of your parcel to request a return or exchange. The item must be unworn, unwashed, in its original packaging with all tags attached.
How to return or exchange
- Contact us — Send an email to contact@noorai.ae with your order number and the item(s) to return or exchange. We will send you the return form and instructions.
- Pack the item — Place the piece back in its original packaging (or suitable packaging), include the completed return form and seal the parcel properly.
- Ship the return — Send the parcel to the address we will provide. From the UAE, we can arrange collection in some areas; otherwise, you may use the carrier of your choice. Keep proof of posting.
- Refund or exchange — Upon receipt and inspection of the item, we process the refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, or ship the exchange item subject to availability.
Conditions (abayas & Nooraï collection)
- • Items must be unworn, with tags and original packaging.
- • Sale items may have different conditions; we will specify them on request.
- • Return shipping is at the customer's expense unless we made an error or the item is defective.
- • Refunds are made to the same payment method used for the order.
