Nooraï delivers across the seven emirates from Dubai: next day in Dubai, 2–3 days in Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah. Here are our delivery options and indicative delivery times.

Delivery across the UAE
- Next-day delivery in Dubai (order before 2 PM)
- Delivery across the UAE in 2–3 days (Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah)
- Standard delivery, all emirates: AED 18, free on orders above AED 300
- Same-day express in Dubai (order before 2 PM, Sunday–Thursday): AED 30
Return and refund

Standard delivery: AED 18, free on orders above AED 300. Same-day delivery is available in Dubai only. A tracking number is sent as soon as the order is shipped.
Order processing
- 1.Orders placed before 2 PM (UAE time), Sunday to Thursday, are usually processed the same day. After that or on Friday/Saturday, processing the next business day.
- 2.A confirmation email with your order details is sent as soon as payment is confirmed.
- 3.When the order ships, you receive an email with parcel tracking information (when the carrier provides it).
- 4.Delivery is to the address given at checkout. Add any special instructions in the order notes if needed (e.g. intercom, floor).
