Nooraï ships your orders from the UAE to the whole UAE territory, the Gulf countries and the rest of the world. Here are our shipping options and indicative delivery times.
Delivery options
Shipping inside the UAE
- Same-Day Delivery (Dubai): order before 12:00 PM, Sunday–Thursday — free
- Free Standard Delivery: 3–4 days, available for all orders
- Express Delivery: 1–2 days, available for AED 30
Shipping to the GCC
- Saudi Arabia: 4-6 days, available for SAR 50
- Kuwait: 4-6 days, available for KWD 4
- Bahrain: 4-6 days, available for BHD 5
- Qatar: 4-6 days, available for QAR 50
- Oman: 4-6 days, available for OMR 5
International Shipping
5-7 days, available for USD 14

We understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned. That's why we offer a 14-day return window. So, if for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, we encourage you to take advantage of our easy return process.

Standard delivery: 2–4 business days
Express delivery: 1–2 business days (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman)
Free standard delivery above a certain order value. Express option available at checkout for an additional fee.
Gulf & international
GCC (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain, Qatar): 5–10 business days
Rest of the world: 7–14 business days depending on destination
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. A tracking number is sent as soon as the order is shipped.
Order processing
- 1.Orders placed before 2pm (UAE time), Sunday to Thursday, are usually processed the same day. After that or on Friday/Saturday, processing the next business day.
- 2.A confirmation email with your order details is sent as soon as payment is confirmed.
- 3.When the order ships, you receive an email with parcel tracking information (when the carrier provides it).
- 4.Delivery is to the address given at checkout. Add any special instructions in the order notes if needed (e.g. intercom, floor).
