2. Products and Pricing

• All prices are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise indicated.
• We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. The price charged is the one displayed at the time of your order.
• We make every effort to accurately display product colours and descriptions. However, we cannot guarantee that your screen's colour display exactly matches the physical product.
• We reserve the right to limit quantities and to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.

3. Ordering and Payment

• Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.
• You will receive an order confirmation by email once payment has been processed successfully.
• We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard) and other payment methods shown at checkout. All transactions are processed securely by our payment partners.
• You confirm that the payment details you provide are accurate and that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• UAE Standard Delivery: 3–4 business days, free of charge.
• UAE Express Delivery: 1–2 business days, AED 30.
• GCC Countries: 4–6 business days (fees vary by country, shown at checkout).
• International: 5–7 business days, USD 14.
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, carrier delays, or other factors beyond our control.
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. Please inspect your order promptly upon receipt.

5. Returns and Exchanges

We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached and in original packaging.

All content on noorai.ae — including text, images, logos, product designs, and graphics — is the property of Nooraï or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Nooraï shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or products. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
